Refund Policy
At Viragi, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our refund policy is as follows:
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds: Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a replacement for a damaged or defective item, we will send a new product at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for used candles, opened essential oils, or other personal care products.
Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellations as processing may have already begun.
