Shipping Methods

Orders Over $250
For the security of our customers, any order totaling $250 or more will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt.
If you prefer to waive this requirement, please send us an email at hello@viragi.us before your order is shipped. Please be aware that removing the signature requirement means Viragi will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Viragi, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@viragi.us with the subject line: Return Authorization – Order #[Your Order Number].
Return Requirements
Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required (such as your order confirmation email or store receipt).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Please include return tracking information in your email once the item has been shipped back to us.
Important Notes
Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds apply to the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Viragi is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when the tracking shows the package has been delivered to us.
